Expressive Drawing

The act of drawing can often be frustrating as we want everything to turn out perfect. In this course, students will learn how to release the grasp perfectionism has, and learn how to use loose, bold, and expressive lines to create an image. We will discuss how to step back from finer details, and focus on shadows and placement instead. Learning how to draw without focusing on all of the “mistakes,” can often be more difficult than you think!
