Waldorf Window Star: Origami Sun Catchers
Using transparent multi-colored waxed “kite” paper, we will cut, fold and glue pieces to create a traditional Waldorf inspired star that you can hang in the window. A tradition that began in Germany, it is taught at all Waldorf schools worldwide. Once you know how, you can make different sizes and embellish a journal cover or notebook, or make smaller ones to hang on a tree at Christmas. All materials will be provided for students to complete two stars in class. Materials fee of $10.00 can be paid to the instructor on the first day of class.
All students must be 18 years of age or older.
