Handbuilding at Home: Raku

Join us for handbuilding vessels and decorative ceramic works in this short class. We will begin with three weeks of online Zoom classes to guide students in the creation of pieces with features ideal for Raku firing. Pieces will be returned to PCA&M for bisque firing before students join us on campus for a socially-distanced outdoor firing. Students will glaze their works and learn the ins and outs of the hands-on Raku firing process. This class will include all supplies, which students will need to pick up from PCA&M before the first session. Please note that we are unable to ship supply kits at this time.
