Dynamic Drawing

Push boundaries and step out of your comfort zone by exploring the full potential of 2D media. Instructor Olga Brindar will start each session with examples of work by modern and contemporary artists. Each exploration will start with an open-ended prompt to students, encouraging them to think conceptually about the work they are creating. Mediums will include blending charcoal and ink wash, collage and decoupage, stencils, and paper installation. Student-led critiques at the end of each class will be an opportunity to support and learn from each other in a positive, encouraging environment. Basic drawing experience is a must for this class.
