Electroformed Glass Pendants

Join Lindsay Huff for this metals and glass workshop! Students will create fused-glass pendants in the first session from small pieces of glass that will fuse together once fired in our glass kiln. In the second session, we will dive into electro-forming, an electrochemical process where conductor paint is used to attract metal onto an object’s surface. This will allow us to add fine metal details to our glass pendants to create unique surface designs. Students will leave on the final class with a piece of handmade jewelry, ready to wear.
