Shop Vendor Application

We are accepting applications to be a consigned artist in our retail shop beginning May 6th-June 30th, 2024. Notifications of acceptance or declination will be emailed to artists no later than July 15th.

Please submit

• Up to four high-quality images of the artwork you are intending to sell

 • A brief description of the media and your price points reflecting the retail cost

• A brief statement or bio (250 words or less please)

•  Your website & social media accounts with us in case we want to see more of your work

Accepted artists will be required to become a member of PCA&M before selling their work in the shop.

Artists will have a 90-day trial period for selling work in the shop. After this 90-day period, artists may be asked to pick up their work and the contract will end, or they will be able to sign on for an additional three months for a total of six months contracted to sell. All accepted artists’ works must remain in the shop premises for the duration of the contract unless otherwise agreed. There will be a 60% (artist) / 40% (PCA&M) split for all work sold.

If you are not accepted, you may re-apply at the next open call, especially if you have new product offerings. We will only accept new applications twice each year. Please wait until the call for artists is announced before submitting an application.
