Stephanie Salazar

Stephanie Salazar (she/her) is a mixed media artist and community educator who’s been living in the Pittsburgh area since 2017. Outside of her work teaching animation at PCAM, she has been a teaching artist for the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse since 2019 and is an outreach educator for the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. She graduated college with a BFA in video and sculpture in 2011 and is currently a graduate student. She loves growing and sharing her passion for the arts and animation with her students of all ages, and working with the diverse families and communities of Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. She spends her free time working on grad school, taking in art and cultural experiences and spending time with family.
