Shawn Atkins

Hi, my name is Shawn Atkins and I’m a cartoonist on webcomics, a lover of oatmeal raisin cookies, and a dad. Comics have been a lifelong passion of mine. From exploring the depths of the ocean to the outer reaches of time and space, comics fuel my curiosity about what’s out there in the world. Recently re-found my love of Photography and the Darkroom. When I’m not making comics I’m hanging with my family, watching movies, cooking, or opening a portal to the dark dimension like one does on a Tuesday.

Originally from Northwest Ohio, I moved to Pittsburgh in 1999 for animation as of 2023 one notable project I’ve done was illustrating Steelers vs Ravens 2022 home game poster through Commonwealth Press/ Pittsburgh Steelers as well as receiving the 2021 Advancing Black Art Grant
