Rachel Oliver
Pittsburgh native, Rachel Dawn Oliver, is a ceramic artist, business owner, and shop manager. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a BA in Fine Art with an emphasis in Studio Art, and a minor in Marketing in 2013. Returning to Pittsburgh, she worked as a ceramics studio intern and studio member at the Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media. After almost a decade working in Finance at a school for at-risk youth, she officially joined our team in 2021 working as an Administrative Assistant and more recently becoming our Shop Manager. Where she oversees, curates and manages the work of over 40 local artists.
In her own artwork, Rachel loves to experiment with surface and form; finding connections between sculpture and function, patterns in nature, symbolism in imagery, creation and The Creator.
