Jeff Phelps
Jeff Phelps (he/him) is a certified public accountant with a master’s degree in business administration. He retired after 40+ years in 2020. Immediately, he enrolled in oil painting classes at PCA&M, and has been a student ever since. He received his undergraduate degree, with a double major in accounting and finance, and his MBA from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. After spending the early years of his career in public accounting, the remainder was focused on the private accounting sector — primarily in the finance and manufacturing industries. Originally from Illinois, Jeff lived Texas and Maryland before settling in the Pittsburgh area with his family in 1997.
