Emerald Sundquist moved to Pittsburgh, PA to pursue the arts of creative writing and animation. She now consistently works with stop-motion animation and puppetry for social media. While building a following, she continuously challenged herself with new and inspiring projects such as creating animated stories with no dialogue, recreating other media frame by frame, and creating music videos. She also entered many contests and ranked as a finalist for a contest run by Nickelodeon.
Now Emerald works on her artistic social media presence daily. At the same time she is producing, directing, voicing, and puppeteering a monthly PG-13 plot driven YouTube puppet show with heavy emphasis on comedic storytelling and satire. In her spare time she writes children’s books and teaches at Pittsburgh Center for Arts and Media.
