Next Level Painting
The topics covered in this intermediate painting class will be determined by students’ proficiency and interests. We’ll work from still-life in order to refine your observations and technical skills, and then move on to student-led projects. Feel free to bring in your own ideas and reference images. We’ll discuss the process of bringing a painting from concept to completion, including creating an engaging composition, and clarifying your color palette. We will also be conducting group critiques together.
