Intro to Smartphone Filmmaking

This class is for students who are interested in learning how to make films with the tool they carry around in their pocket everyday: the smartphone. At the end of the four-week class, students will have an understanding of the technical components that make up a film, how to turn a concept into reality, and hands-on experience shooting and editing a work of their own. Each session will include film clips, readings for further learning, and practical objectives that will grow their understanding of how to tell stories with film.
