Intro to Screenwriting

Want to bring your screenplay ideas to life? Intro to Screenwriting will give students the tools to craft a short screenplay of their own through discussions of story elements, writing exercises, and film screenings. Whether you are a beginner who wants to kickstart your screenplay journey, or a writer who wants to refresh on the basics, this class is for the storyteller in everyone. It will culminate in each student completing two drafts of their 10 to 20 page screenplays, followed by a live reading.

This class will be held online, via Zoom. All students must be 18 years of age or older.
