Ceramic Wall Pockets

In this hands-on ceramics workshop, participants will create their own unique handbuilt set of wall pockets—small sculptural vessels designed to hang on the wall and hold small objects. Using simple handbuilding techniques such as slab construction, pinching, and surface texture, students will explore form, function, and composition while learning how to design a piece that hangs securely. Participants are encouraged to experiment with shape, texture, and pattern to make a piece that reflects their personal style. This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced potters alike.
