Sculptures and objects come to life in this camp! Learn how to create your own short videos using stop-motion animation. Campers will use iPads, animation apps, clay, Legos and Adobe editing software to make their own short videos, complete with a soundtrack. In-class animation screenings will complement the hands-on experience.

In this digital photography camp, we will explore the various functions of our cameras, learning settings and features to gain familiarity with all the possibilities at our fingertips. Through photo safaris, we’ll learn the fundamentals of lighting and composition as we collect photos of various subjects around the PCA&M school and Mellon Park. Finally, we’ll upload our photos to the computer for some basic editing to learn how to adjust for contrast, exposure, and more.
