Ceramic Studio Internship
PCA&M offers an internship program for college students and recent graduates. Our program operates on a three pronged approach. Interns spend equal amounts of time helping with studio maintenance, learning studio practices from our coordinator and developing their own work. Interns may have opportunities to help educate children at our summer camps or assist with adult classes as needed. Interns can commit anywhere from 10- 40 hours per week for up to 2 years.
Interested Applicants should contact Ceramics Coordinator Audra Clayton at aclayton@pghartsmedia.org and inquire about current opportunities and how to apply.
Interns are accepted on a rotating basis based on studio needs.
College students on summer break are encouraged to apply.
The PCA&M ceramics coordinator is able to work with local universities for interns to gain college credits.
